Alexis Ringwald

Alexis was Co-founder and Director of Business Development at Valence Energy, an energy management software start-up that was recently acquired by Serious Materials to launch Serious Energy. She is also a co-founder and advisor to SmartPowerEd.org, an educational network that trains students on smart energy technologies. Fast Company selected Alexis as one of the “Most Influential Women in Tech for 2010.” Prior to Valence, Alexis was a Fulbright Scholar to India researching the clean tech sector at The Energy Resource Institute for her book Momentum for Renewable Energy in India. Alexis also co-directed the Climate Solutions Road Tour traveling 2,400 miles across India in solar plug-in electric cars to showcase the top climate solutions.
