Amy Spatrisano

Amy Spatrisano, CMP, is a leader, innovator and entrepreneur in the meeting planning and events industry. She is a principal with Meeting Strategies Worldwide, an environmental management firm specializing in the meetings industry. Amy and her business partner, Nancy Wilson, provide sustainable meeting management and consulting services for their diverse clients representing both national and international organizations.   Internationally recognized as a leader in the environmentally responsible meeting and event management field, Amy served on the Live Earth Global Green Team and was named one of "The 25 Most Powerful in the Meetings Industry" by Meeting News Magazine in 2008. Amy is cofounder of the Green Meeting Industry Council and currently serves as the president. She is coauthor of "Simple Steps to Green Meetings and Events." In addition, she is the chair of the APEX Green Meetings and Events Practice Panel.
