Eliot’s research seeks to understand key drivers and business implications relating to energy, value chain, and adaptation priorities.
Prior to WRI, Eliot worked at Eastern Research Group as a consultant to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on a variety of energy and water efficiency initiatives. Eliot earned his Masters in Environmental Science and Policy at Johns Hopkins University and completed undergraduate degrees in Environmental Science and Business Administration at the University of San Francisco.
