Hilary Bromberg
Hilary Bromberg, a novelist and former cognitive neuroscientist, is Strategic Director at egg, a boutique brand communications firm that works exclusively with sustainable brands.
Hilary spent most of her life in the Northeast, where she was educated by Quakers, who literally taught her how to hug trees, and then at MIT and Harvard, where she was trained as a cognitive neuroscientist, and also picked up a degree in literature along the way.
After conducting extensive research in psycholinguistics and neurolinguistics, she moved to New York City, where she worked in strategic brand development and marketing for brands like Hershey’s and Doritos. Next, she moved to New Mexico, where she spent three years writing a dystopic novel, A New You, which she published soon after moving to Seattle in 2006. She now works as Strategic Director at egg, a boutique brand communications firm that works exclusively with sustainable brands.
Hilary’s obsessions include media ecology, transpersonal psychology, and primal foods. She studies cultural trends and deeper patterns, new models for sustainable living, the numinous and unseen. She is happiest with dirt between her toes and bread dough beneath her fingernails.
