Jill Kolling is the founder and president of Paydirt, LLC, a sustainability consultancy advising organizations on ways to align environmental and corporate stewardship with key business objectives.

Jill and her colleagues at Paydirt work with companies of all sizes to identify the sustainability trends and drivers affecting their business, and develop customized solutions specific to each client's unique challenges and market demands. 

Previously, Jill's experience includes nearly 20 years in product development, operations management, manufacturing engineering, regulatory compliance and management consulting for private and public organizations.

Jill has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, both from the University of Minnesota. Jill also is a LEED AP.
