Manuel Vianna is CFO of Diskeeper Corporation, innovators in performance and reliability technologies.
Mr. Vianna is responsible for the global financial operations of Diskeeper. Prior to joining the company in 2009, he worked for almost 20 years at the Monitor Group, a professional services firm founded by Professor Michael Porter and others from the Harvard Business School and from Bain & Company.
He first joined Monitor as a management strategy consultant, and later managed two investment funds affiliated with the firm, significantly outperforming all market indices. He became a Partner of Monitor, a member of its Global Operating Committee and of its Board of Directors.
His other experience includes working for an investment firm focused on out-of-favor stocks, being the CEO of a trading and distribution business and working for Shell Oil in pricing, costing and distribution. Mr. Vianna has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
