Before joining RMI, Molly spent six years on the communications team at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Previously, she was a content manager for a large web design agency and served as publications director of the U.S. Green Building Council's Colorado Chapter. Prior to that, she was the senior editor of Mother Earth News magazine and executive editor of Natural Home magazine during its launch.
Molly holds a bachelor's degree in international affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a master's degree in journalism from Columbia College in Chicago, where she was a Follet Fellow.
