Mr. Desrochers holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Montreal Polytechnique School of Engineering (Canada). He has acquired vast experience in business operations and continuous improvement from various positions held in the aerospace industry, where he led numerous projects in business reorganization, productivity improvement and preventive maintenance implementation.
