Steve founded ANALYSYS in 1995 and has grown the organization from a startup into a regionally recognized and respected brand. Steve steers the company's strategic vision of regional industry leadership through responsible growth.

In addition to numerous recent awards such as Smart CEO's 2008 Smart 100 and 2009 Circle of Excellence Winner for Excellence in Customer Service, Steve has been recognized by various local initiatives that operate in service to the community. Those honors include the ReVisions' ReVisionary award.

Steve has served as an advisor on various technology, educational and local boards and committees, including the Executive Advisory Board for Higher Education. He also has served as a technology advisor for Representatives Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr. and Elijah E. Cummings. A lifelong Marylander, Steve attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Eric joined E & S Construction Engineers Inc. in 2004. At E & S, Eric has been instrumental in upgrading the computer operating systems and operating procedures. In addition, he has served as a resource for computer training. Eric has earned an ASHRAE Baltimore Scholarship for the past three years.   

Eric was the lead designer of HVAC and plumbing systems for several data centers with over 100,000 square feet of raised floor area. In addition, Eric has been the lead designer for large retail renovation and expansion projects. His expertise, problem-solving and communication abilities have been cited by customers and team members alike.
