Are We Missing the Green Buildings Deal of a Lifetime?

To accomplish the goals set forth by Mr. Isdell, we need to substantially improve the knowledge and skills of individuals throughout the public and private sectors who are tasking with developing and implementing climate strategies. Regardless of the subject matter, how can we possibly hope to be successful at responding to great challenges if we don't have the right people, with the right skills, in the right parts of their organizations and empowered to induce change?

We need massive and coordinated efforts to educate top-down, bottom-up and across sectors.
