Sally Uren is the Chief Executive at Forum for the Future. In addition to leading the organisation, she oversees the forum's partnerships in both the UK, Europe and the US, as well as its networks and communication activities. She also oversees the forum's work on sustainable business as well as its projects in the food system.

Stephanie Draper leads Forum for the Future’s work on the best ways to create change, focusing on system-wide projects that bring together diverse groups of people to find creative solutions to tricky challenges. Previously, she worked at the Industrial Society and the Work Foundation. She is passionate about system innovation as a route to change.

Helen Clarkson leads Forum’s work in the US, working with businesses on sustainable business strategy. She also works on futures projects such as The Future Climate for Development and Fit for the Future. Clarkson joined Forum in 2007 from Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) where she’d been for six years, first working in the field in places like Nigeria, Sudan, Pakistan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), and then in the UK office.
