Bell has spent over 15 years as a senior strategic technology professional working for major Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies, delivering mission critical, large scale technology-enabled business transformation programmes. He has experience of multiple industry verticals including utilities, manufacturing, telecoms, oil exploration, and public sector. He holds a BSc and PhD in Computer Science from University of Liverpool.
