Alfred Griffin

Alfred Griffin is a director in Citi's Alternative Energy Banking Group. Prior to joining the alternative energy team Griffin spent over ten years with Citi's Global Structured Solutions team where he designed, marketed and executed structured transactions with corporate clients in the energy, power, media, telecom and banking industries with such transactions typically requiring the incorporation of tax, accounting, rating and regulatory objectives in developing client solutions. Transactions led by Griffin have included Citi acting as lender, equity holder, advisor and arranger of the debt, mezzanine and equity securities of structured financings.
