Michael Rossetto has been involved with the design of a variety of building types, including commercial offices, residential high rises, academic facilities and laboratories. His experience on LEED and Sustainable design along with his recent experience with the Public Utilities Commission Building in San Francisco, makes him an expert in the field. Rossetto’s roles have included project designer, project architect, project manager, and construction administrator for projects with an aesthetic sensitivity for a campus environment, but also involving complex coordination of separate and dedicated delivery and exhaust systems and hazardous materials storage supply systems. Rossetto has worked on many LEED projects and understands issues of sustainability affecting design, procurement and construction. A key feature is the understanding that truly sustainable design is a highly integrated approach where all components are complimentary and in support of the system.
