Mike Zimmerman

Mike Zimmerman has served as the CEO of BuildingIQ since its founding in 2009, and guides the Company’s overall direction and strategic partnerships. He is a frequent speaker on building energy efficiency, cloud-based applications and the intersection of the Smart Building and the Smart Grid, and has presented at leading industry conferences and events such as GlobalCon, NFMT, Realcomm, NREL’s Industry Growth Forum, GreenBuild and the Cleantech Forum. He has spent the last 20+ years working with high growth technology companies as an executive, board member or investor. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College and an MBA from Stanford Business School.
