At Slalom Consulting, Mitchell is delivering design and management services to clients in the energy, high tech / software, biotech, and financial services industries. Through his recent work with Pacific Gas and Electric, Nelson has helped launch two groundbreaking platforms for customer access to energy data: Home Area Networking, one of the nation’s largest implementations of SmartMeter-enabled real-time energy information, and Green Button Connect, the first API of its kind for machine-enabled access to historic electricity use data. Mitchell is a founding member of Slalom’s User Experience practice, with previous positions at Trianz Consulting and Accenture.
