Ricardo Angel

Ricardo Angel is Senior Vice President at GE Energy Financial Services where he leads venture capital investing in the western United States for the business unit and for Energy Technology Ventures, a joint venture formed by GE, NRG Energy, Inc. and ConocoPhillips focused on investing in emerging energy and water technology companies. The GE unit and Energy Technology Ventures seek investment opportunities across the energy value chain, including renewables, power infrastructure and oil & gas technologies. Based in San Francisco, Angel joined GE Energy Financial Services from ChevronTexaco Technology Ventures, where he originated and executed Energy and Cleantech venture capital investments. He previously worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and as a technology consultant with CNA Corporation.
