Shelby Campbell is a project director with the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, recently completing the development of the SFPUC’s new headquarters, an award winning state-of-the-art office high rise, designed to achieve LEED Platinum. Her track record in leading project teams to successfully budget, design, build and stabilize major projects over $100 million, includes award winning projects for AvalonBay, Lennar, and the SFPUC. She has served as Development Director for AvalonBay and Lennar, and Senior VP for Madison Marquette.
