San Francisco, CA — Green Building Innovations Inside and Out is the first in the 2009-2010 Severino Interest Group (SIG) Bay Area Chapter series. CASE, a multi-institutional research and industrial collaborative under the direction of Professor Anna Dyson, is pushing the boundaries of environmental performance in urban building systems through actual projects as research test beds. Discover what's new in green building and learn more about the CASE innovation that Architecture Magazine recognized with a 2009 R+D Award.

The SIG is a university-community collaborative sponsored by the Severino Center for Technological Entrepreneurship in the Lally School of Management & Technology at Rensselaer. It serves as a nexus for young innovators and researchers to engage with venture capitalists, business leaders, and seasoned entrepreneurs to exchange ideas, discuss emerging research, and stay informed of current strategic and global trends. SIG chapters are located in Albany, NY, and the Bay Area, CA.
