Workshop: How Alternative Transportation Can Help "Existing Building" Owners Achieve LEED Certification

Whether you are just starting the process to become LEED Certified or are in the process of recertification, this workshop will help you understand the significant changes that have recently taken place in the area of transportation points. Carpools, vanpools and other related efforts can now count for up to 15 of the necessary 40 points for becoming LEED Certified.

LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is redefining the way we think about the places where we live, work and learn. Anyone is welcome to attend.

Come and learn how it works! 511 Rideshare, through the support of the Metropolitan Transportation Commission is offering two informative workshops to help walk you through the alternative transportation element of LEED Certification [see posting on July 10th for Pleasanton Workshop info].

(*Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a program of the United States Green Building Council.)
