In California, a historic drought is threatening one of America's breadbaskets. In Nashville (the site of CitiesAlive 2014) there was extensive flooding in 2010. Green roofs, green walls, and other forms of green infrastructure are excellent tools that help to address water issues. CitiesAlive 2014 in Nashville (November 12-15) will focus on leading-edge discussion around all aspects of water management through living architecture.
