The major responsibilities for this position include: providing our clients with consulting and engineering services including preparation of air permit application materials, periodic regulatory reports, dispersion modeling studies, and regulatory plans; working with government regulators on behalf of our clients; preparing and presenting at training sessions; being actively involved with professional organizations; and presenting at selected conferences.
• 4-8 years experience with air compliance regulations (NSR, PSD, NSPS, Title V, ME DEP)
• BS in Chemical, Environmental/Civil Engineering and/or Meteorology
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Desire to identify and develop new market opportunities
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Access, and familiarity with Microsoft Project
• Masters degree and PE a plus
