SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- The Dial Corp. unveiled a program that will promote green cleaning products that are geared toward healthcare facility managers.  

The Green Assurance Program will serve as an umbrella that will encompass environmentally friendly cleaning products from its Professional Series division. The products will meet or exceed various green cleaning criteria, such as containing low volatile organic compounds, recycled packaging, biodegradable, hypoallergenic or non-irritating formulas, or no phosphates.

The Green Assurance Program will include existing products, such as its Renuzit Super Odor Neutralizer and Dial Complete Foaming Hand Soap.

The company said in a statement it planned to offer products under the Green Assurance Program that were cost competitive with conventional products.

“Heads of healthcare operations are now more than ever responsible for aligning a limited budget with effective products that are environmentally compatible,” the company said in a statement. “In order to help business owners go green without going broke, Dial has set out to make sure that its products adhere to strict green guidelines while still offering a cost savings when it comes to buying professional products.”
