Monadnock Paper Expands Green Printing Site

Monadnock Paper Mills has launched its new graphic arts site, with expanded information and resources on making print projects greener.

The graphic arts section at www.mpm.com includes an environmentally-focused design section, with an overview of how to change the impact of paper, production, finishing, printing, packaging and inks.

An environmental impact calculator gives a quick comparison between using virgin paper made without renewable energy and paper of varying recycled content.

Monadnock’s product search section allows users to fine-tune the type of paper they are looking for by choosing among a dozen green attributes, including Forest Stewardship Council certification, made with hydroelectric power, Rainforest Alliance certification and recycled content.
