Elk Grove Village, IL — Lime Energy has received three contracts, worth up to $28.5 million, to improve the energy efficiency of United States Postal Service (USPS) facilities along the East Coast.

The company has already provided about $30 million worth of work for the USPS over the past six years.

Under the new contracts, Lime will investigate energy efficiency projects and opportunities at USPS locations within seven regions that include New Jersey, Delaware, Philadelphia, District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

The contracts allow for Lime to design and conduct more than 1,800 pre-determined energy efficicy projects, covering surveys, energy solutions and energy efficienct lighting and equipment.
