The "Institute for Energy Research" is a faux scientific arm of the coal, oil and gas industries. They either cite studies that are clearly biased or cherry pick facts from unbiased studies that support their position. They are hardly a reliable source for information about green jobs.

Good point about the "Institute for Energy Research" by the above comment. They are not considered a legitimate, unbiased energy research organization by most scholars in the scientific community.
