This is fantastic! and really long overdue. Unfortunately, the only way this will work is if people start making the effort to bring back their containers to refill. Plus, if many companies and products start doing this, then think of all the containers you'd have to bring with you to each store. It's a fantastic idea, I just hope the public will jump after it like it's needed.
