
Privahini Bradoo
Bradoo founded and directs BioMine, which uses existing scaled-up mining industry technologies to capture value from the 40 million tons of "e-waste" that is landfilled or incinerated annually around the world. Prior to BioMine, she served as VP of Business Development at Microvi Biotech Inc., and Vice President of Business Development at LanzaTech New Zealand Ltd. She established spark, an entrepreneurial initiative to assist commercialization with academic research, and Chiasma, an organization which builds links between the academic biotech community, the local biotech industry, and government sectors. She has also previously worked for Boston Consulting Group and Mascoma, a Khosla-funded biofuels start-up. Dr. Bradoo holds a PhD in Developmental Neuroscience from the University of Auckland and an MBA from Harvard Business School as a Fulbright Scholar.
