A project of the World Resources Institute's Sustainable Enterprise Program, New Ventures supports the creation of sustainable enterprises by accelerating the transfer of venture capital to investment opportunities that incorporate social and environmental benefits. New Ventures has country programs in Brazil, Mexico, China, Indonesia, and India.
On the program Web site, navigate current information about investment opportunities in environmentally sustainable businesses in these developing countries. The site includes a calendar of upcoming events and a searchable portfolio of more than 100 New Ventures companies.
