BIG is focused on maximizing property performance and profitability.
Andrew oversees BIG's partnerships with Energy Star and the Clinton Climate Initiative (CCI), and is assisting CCI in developing Web-based tools for facilitating sustainable projects by building owners.
In 2001, Andrew founded and managed Integrated Total Solutions Alliance, a joint venture between CB Richard Ellis and GoIndustry/Michael Fox International that provided real estate and equipment auctions and asset management/ disposition services.
From 1999 to 2002, Andrew was a managing director of Michael Fox International, Inc. and ran its Miami office.
Andrew is a licensed New York State real estate broker and has been an attorney for over 28 years specializing in commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, leases, work-outs/restructurings and financings. He is a graduate of the Ohio Northern University School of Law.
Andrew is a member of the Tenant-In-Common Association, the New York, New Jersey and Florida Bar Associations, and of the advisory board of Angel Care, Incorporated, a children's relief organization.
