Terracycle founder Tom Szaky writes about how he created a company based on reusing waste, starting with fertilizer made from worm poop and expanding to reusing food wrappers, drink pouches, yogurt containers and pop bottles.

Szaky explains the success behind his company, and argues for a new approach to business, eco-capitalism based on the triple bottom line of being good for people, good for the environment and good for profits. In his book, and based on his company's history, he shows how the first two goals can help the third.
