This Web site, privately managed by independent consultant and EU ETS verifier Henk Harmsen, brings together a variety of online carbon-management tools. The site is divided into four main sections:

• Tools features carbon emissions calculators such as Fuel Switch (calculating at which point it becomes feasible to change from coal-fired to gas-fired power generation) and Fossil Fuels (showing emission factors for most fossil fuels), among others.
