San Francisco, Calif. — In an effort to encourage brownfield development throughout the state, the California Center for Land Recycling provides consulting services, small grants, and other resources to public agencies, developers, community organizations, lenders, and regulators. CCLR's workshops train practitioners in managing brownfield redevelopment projects.
