ADEME, The French Agency for the Environment and Energy Management, has set up a system of grants for carrying out GHG emissions diagnostics using the Bilan Carbone® method.
These grants may be awarded -- after their applications are examined -- to companies, associations or local authorities who use external service providers who have received training in the method from ADEME.
The grants are part of ADEME’s standard decision-making financial assistance package.
For companies, the amount of the assistance provided is 50% max of the cost of the service, limited to 15,000 Euro.
For local authorities, the amount of the assistance provided is 50% max of the cost of the service, limited to 30,000 Euro.
