Sternberg has more than 19 years experience, including 6 years leading sustainability strategy development, reporting and performance management, product stewardship and other initiatives. She has assisted many Fortune 1000 clients in developing sustainability strategies and implementation program. Previous to joining Ernst & Young, Sternberg helped found, grow and lead Accenture’s sustainability practice. Prior to that, she spent 10 years designing and leading large implementation programs for healthcare organizations focused on improving the experience of the healthcare consumer and profitability of clients. She is a regular speaker on the topic of corporate sustainability strategy and implementation, including engagements in the CEO Spotlight at Going Green, Net Impact and the NYC CIO conference. Rebecca's education includes a MBA in Sustainable Management from the Presidio School of Management and a Masters in Health Science from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.
