Susan Worthman

Worthman is the associate chair of the MBA in Design Strategy, and the director of the Leading by Design Fellows Program at California College of the Arts (CCA) in San Francisco, CA. These ground-breaking programs prepare the next-and-current generations of innovation leaders for a world that is profitable, sustainable, ethical, and truly meaningful. They unite the perspectives of systems thinking, design and integrative thinking, sustainability, and generative leadership into a holistic strategic framework designed to reveal opportunities and increase dynamic resilience during times of great change. She is a people-and-dot connector, dedicated to transforming big ideas into action. As a business development and organizational strategist, she has launched new programs, products, services and policy initiatives for businesses, nonprofits, and governments nationally and internationally.
