A seasoned environmental professional with more than 20 years of experience working to solve environmental, land conservation, and sustainability challenges, Deborah Fleischer is founder and principal of Green Impact. Deborah understands what it takes to move from a great vision into programs that make a difference.

She has helped a variety of non-profits and foundations develop new programs and strategies, including the California Environmental Dialogue, Environmental Grantmakers Association, Marin Community Foundation and the Sonoma Land Trust. She has also held senior positions with the City of San Francisco Department of Environment, helping them to develop their green purchasing program, and Sustainable Conservation, developing programs for landowners that supported environmental protection and generated economic returns.
