Amélie Goldberg is the Institute for Industrial Productivity’s Senior Manager of U.S. and Global Programs. She is responsible for executing program strategies to promote industrial energy efficiency.
Amélie also undertakes analysis and research for IIP and its partners and develops useful analytics, databases and tools to help governments introduce effective industrial programs and industrial companies to implement practical energy efficiency measures. Prior to joining IIP, Amélie worked at the New Zealand Ministry for the Environment on the country’s international and domestic climate change policy, which included supporting the UNFCCC climate negotiations and on New Zealand’s emissions trading scheme.
Amelie has a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences (with Distinction) and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Biodiversity from Victoria University of Wellington, including an exchange at the University of California Berkeley.
