Leonard Goodman
Attorney Leonard Goodman, LEED AP, focuses his practice in the area of construction transactions and litigation. He has extensive experience in counseling, drafting and negotiating design and construction contracts for multimillion dollar projects and has litigated complex construction design, defect and products liability cases across the country.
Leonard has worked with all of the major professional and industry forms, including those of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Associated General Contractors (AGC), Design-Build Institute (DBIA), the Engineers Joint Contracts Documents Committee (EJCDC) and the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).
Recognizing the growing impact that sustainable building practices and laws mandating green development are having on design and construction practice and expectations, Leonard earned certification as a LEED-Accredited Professional from the U.S. Green Building Council in March 2009 and become one of the fewer than than 200 legal professionals at the time to have earned the distinction.
