Patrick Bryan has over 23 years of experience in the environmental and regulatory field beginning with Stanislaus County Hazardous Materials Division. Currently he is the environmental resources technician for the FresnoMetropolitan Flood Control District related to National Pollution Discharge Elimination Systems (NPDES) storm water regulations, compliance inspections for businesses, community outreach and education as well as regulatory training and compliance assistance. He also serves as a board member for the Western Sustainability and Pollution Prevention Network (WSPPN), Central Valley Water Awareness Committee. In 2008 Bryan was awarded the Advocate of the Year Award presented by WSPPN for outstanding personal and professional contribution. In 2009 he received the Western Fair Associations Blue Ribbon Award for his contribution to the Big Fresno Fairs education program. Patrick is also an accomplished magician and educator.
