Amber Wellman

Amber Wellman is the Sustainability Director for Chemours’ Advanced Performance Materials business. She has spent 15 years of her career innovating in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries and has experience leading teams across a variety of disciplines including technical, operations, commercial, and regulatory. By utilizing her strong technical background, leadership skills, and passion for stewardship, Amber works to incorporate sustainability into all levels of the decision-making process in order to inform future business strategies. Amber earned a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from The University of Tennessee.
