Amy Silverstein is a senior leader of the Monitor Institute by Deloitte and co-leads the institute’s corporate social impact strategy practice. Her work includes developing transformative solutions for private sector and social enterprise clients to integrate social purpose into their core business, including Deloitte, where Silverstein spearheaded leading edge social responsibility programs, such as Deloitte’s National Pro-Bono Program which resulted in a six-year, $150 million commitment, White House recognition and sparked more than $3 billion in private sector pro bono commitments.
While her clients span diverse industries including Retail & Consumer Products, Technology, and Financial Services, they share a similar intention to use the power of their organizations for good.
Silverstein holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Illinois and a B.S. in Psychology with honors from Indiana University. She is a frequent speaker on the topic of social purpose for value creation including Google, the Points of Light Foundation, YPO, ACCP, Harvard Business School, Northwestern University, and Loyola University where she is a Leadership Council member of the Baumhart Center for Social Enterprise and Responsibility.
