Ann Radil

As Head of Carbon Reduction at Neutral, Ann leads, defines, and implements the company’s strategic vision for decarbonization. This involves partnering with producers, researchers, and innovators to pilot and scale adoption of climate smart conservation practices across farms and ranches in the US. Before joining Neutral, Ann spent more than 15 years leading, strategizing, and advising on climate change initiatives for major consulting firms and corporations, including Nike and Coca Cola. Ann completed graduate work in climate change science with Nobel Laureate and Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change author Dr. Steven Running. As a NASA fellow and research scientist, Ann contributed to NASA’s Earth Observing System Research Initiative, using field measurements, ecosystem modeling, and remote sensing technologies to advance understanding of the global carbon balance.
