Vice President, Policy
Anne serves as EC’s Vice President of Policy, leading the organization’s work to promote policies and programs that will transform the transportation sector.
Anne is an experienced transportation and energy policy expert with more than 20 years of experience in the sector. Anne previously served as the Director of Energy Efficient Transportation at the Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance, overseeing strategy, programming and outreach for all of SEEA’s transportation initiatives and at the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy (SACE) as its clean fuels director. She serves on multiple boards including the EV Club of the South and Mothers and Others for Clean Air. Anne holds a bachelor’s degree from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College, and a Master’s degree in environmental law and policy from the Vermont Law School.
