"Companies should go out of their way to make public statements, as well as private statements, to lawmakers about the need for carbon pricing," observes Anne Kelly, senior director of policy and the BICEP network at Ceres, the nonprofit focused on raising awareness of environmental, social and governance issues among investors. Kelly chats about how a newly Democratic House of Representatives could rekindle a focus on climate change legislation at the federal and state level.
