California's capital welcomes self-driving vehicle experiments (21:15)

"In five years, I would love for Sacramento to be thought of as a mobility hub and seen as one of the standard setters for mobility across the world," says Louis Stewart, chief innovation officer for the city. One key to that will be 5G wireless connectivity, which will help with the data collection and sharing needed for technologies such as autonomous vehicles.
