Benja Juster is an experiential leader who designs unforgettable experiences to spark a social dialogue and deepen human connection. As the Director of Experiential for VERGE, they create inspiring, empowering, and cohesive experiences that build community to accelerate solutions for the climate crisis.

Benja’s previous work includes leading experiential at Google, Apple, and Red Bull. They serve as a Creative Advisor for Take 3 Presents and previously served as a Technical Advisor for the Land Art Generator Initiative at Fly Ranch and Creative Consultant for the San Francisco Institute of Possibility.
