Bill Dawson

Bill Dawson is a Houston journalist who founded Texas Climate News (TCN) in 2008. He has written about climate change since 1988. He was formerly the environment writer at the Houston Chronicle and the senior writer for environmental issues at the Center for Public Integrity, a nonprofit investigative newsroom in Washington, D.C. He taught in Rice University’s environmental studies program from 2005-09. He received the David R. Brower Award for his work at the Chronicle and TCN.
