Brian Holland

Brian is a city planner dedicated to building equitable and climate-friendly urban systems. As a Program Director with Shared Use Mobility Center, he manages SUMC’s national Shared+Electric Mobility Initiative and is also designing the Clean Mobility Options program, a partnership with the California Air Resources Board to support clean, shared mobility projects in disadvantaged communities. Prior to joining SUMC, Brian ran climate programs for ICLEI USA, leading a team that created industry-leading standards, software tools, and training programs, while spearheading U.S. city involvement in global policy initiatives including the 21st UN Conference of Parties in Paris and the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy.
