Environmental Justice and Equity Research Analyst

Caitlin Macomber is an Environmental Justice and Equity Research Analyst for WRI-US, centering equity across WRI's U.S. projects. She previously supported federal funding opportunities for decarbonization and developed research on Low-Income Community Solar as a Research Intern for the U.S. Energy Program.
Before joining WRI, Caitlin served as an AmeriCorps CivicSpark Climate Fellow in the San Francisco Bay Area with YUCA, a community-based social and environmental justice advocacy organization for youth of color. Her fellowship focused on community-led climate adaptation and resilience, as well as equitably integrating water and land-use planning.
Caitlin holds a B.A. in International Studies with a concentration in Globalization & Sustainability and a minor in Economics from Dickinson College. In her free time, she enjoys photography, dancing, and visiting new places with her partner.
